How do I determine the right size for my skates?
We recommend measuring your foot in centimeters and referring to our specific size guide on each product page. Our skates generally run true to size, but if you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Are Impala skates vegan-friendly?
Yes! We are proud to be a PETA-approved vegan brand. Our skates are made from high-quality PVC and synthetic materials, ensuring no animal products are used in the manufacturing process.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all items, provided they are in brand new, unworn condition and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Do your skates come with a warranty?
Yes, Impala Skates offers a 3-month manufacturing warranty against defects. This covers structural issues but does not include normal wear and tear, surface scuffs, or damage caused by improper use.
Can I use these skates for both indoor and outdoor skating?
Absolutely. Our skates come equipped with hybrid wheels (82A durometer) which provide the perfect balance of grip and speed for both smooth indoor rinks and outdoor pavement.
